The pay range for this position is $16.09-$23.27 based on direct and relevant experience. 

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Clinic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure smooth patient office visits by carrying out delegated medical tasks following established practice guidelines. This is a full-time position with hours Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

50% Patient Care

  • Greet and room patients.
  • Interview patients to obtain medical history and measure their vital signs for the office visit.
  • Provides patients with instructions on their care plan and discharge guidelines according to the provider’s orders.
  • Instruct patients on proper collection of urine specimens.
  • Process and maintain integrity of all specimens according to established protocol.
  • Records information in the patient chart or electronic medical record following established protocols.
  • Obtain additional medical records for patient’s appointment as necessary.

45% - Administrative Support

  • Restocks and cleans the exam room in accordance with Clinic and Infection Control policies.
  • Maintain inventory of medications and supplies.

5% - Other tasks as assigned
