The pay range for this position is $16.09-$23.27 based on direct and relevant experience.

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our team. As a Clinic Assistant, you will maintain the flow of a patient office visit by performing delegated medical functions in accordance with practice guidelines. This position is full-time working Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00am-5:00pm (8 hour shifts) at our Woodbury location and traveling to multiple centers in the Twin Cities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

50% Patient Care

Greet and room patients.
Interview patients to obtain medical history and measure their vital signs for the office visit.
Instruct patients on care plan and discharge instructions per provider’s orders.
Instruct patients on proper collection of urine specimens.
Process and maintain integrity of all specimens according to established protocol.
Document in patient chart or electronic medical record according to established protocol.
Obtain additional medical records for patient’s appointment as necessary.

45% - Administrative Support

Stock and clean exam room per Clinic and Infection Control Policy.
Maintain inventory of medications and supplies.

5% - Other tasks as assigned
