Schedule:
This is a full time position at our Boca Raton Center, working Monday through Friday 6:30am-3pm, no on-call requirement!
Job Summary and Qualifications
Taking a patient centered approach, you will provide scanning services within professional standards and with excellent customer service.
- Prepares patients for exams by screening for any potential precautions or contraindications related to the procedure.
- Explains and prepares patients for scanning imaging procedures that will be performed
- Carries out routine and advanced imaging procedures on specific areas of the body to support physicians in diagnosis and treatment.
- Providing patient support by talking to patients throughout procedure
- Accurately adjusts scan parameters as needed, applying dose reduction techniques when appropriate to ensure patient safety and image quality.
- Accurately maintains patient records within Radiology Information System (RIS)
