The pay range for this position is $67,912-$102,856 based on direct and relevant experience.
RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Field Service Engineer II to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Field Service Engineer II, you will provide routine preventive and corrective maintenance for diagnostic imaging equipment within professional standards and with excellent customer service. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Shifts are during the daytime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creates a positive experience for every customer, every day by believing in and practicing The Experience
(70%) Maintenance
- Performs routine and preventive maintenance and calibrations on diagnostic imaging equipment within recommended guidelines
- Conducts emergency repair for all imaging equipment
- Orders and sources parts
- Performs testing and calibration of imaging equipment on a regular basis
- Troubleshoots diagnostic imaging equipment from a remote site using computer technology
(25%) Documentation & communication
- Documents preventive and corrective maintenance performed and related invoices in maintenance connection
- Completes and submits work log and repair ticket information in a timely manner to support utilization and equipment maintenance management analysis and tracking
- Maintains positive attitude and working relationships with radiologists, vendors, peers and other associates
- Communicates equipment status with radiologists, technologists and vendors as needed
- Participates in scheduled market management meetings, providing updates on all imaging equipment
(5%) Completes other tasks and project as assigned
