The pay range for this position is $17.14-$24.78 based on direct and relevant experience.
This role is PRN, therefore the hours will vary as it is an "as needed" position.
The Human Resources (HR) Assistant is responsible for supporting the HR Solutions function and will provide administrative support across various HR functions, including team member inquiries, records management, and HR information systems support. The HR Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations while delivering exceptional service to team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(30%) Human Resources Support
- Provide efficient and effective support and exceptional customer service to leaders and team members via telephone, email, and support tickets
- Assist team members with questions and tasks around benefits, payroll and LMS (learning management system)
- Assist in managing the HR Solutions email inbox to ensure timely responses
(25%) Human Resources Administration
- Processes employment verifications
- Process team member name changes and terminations in ADP (HRIS software)
- Coordinate new hire gift ordering and the service anniversary award program
- Manage the Support Center garage parking process
- Manage the exit interview process
(15%) Team Member Employment Records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date team member records in electronic filing systems
- Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with HR documentation requirements.
(15%) HR Systems/Information Management
- Maintain data in HR systems and process reports
- Monitor and update employment law posters to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
(10%) Talent Acquisition Support
- Maintain data in HR information systems and process reports
(5%) Other Duties
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Expected to perform all related duties as assigned by manager
