RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support department workflows by collaborating closely with key stakeholders in managing projects and executing various tasks simultaneously. This role simultaneously ensures that marketing efforts are on brand with the company’s vision and mission, and that ownership of assigned project timelines is clearly defined and all deadlines met.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(1-100%) Marketing Project Management Support

  1. Works in conjunction with Marketing Project Managers to execute tasks for a variety of marketing projects in the queue
  2. Monitors and facilitates the daily creative process of projects for a range of audiences
  3. Provide detailed updates to Marketing Project Managers and other stakeholders
  4. Works with designers and copywriters to create materials, make changes to existing materials, manage collateral and design files
  5. Assists in collecting data and organizing reports and other files for regional and national marketing campaigns
  6. Manage ad hoc and recurring internal department projects and upkeeping department documents Duty 1

(1-100%) Marketing Front and Back End Production Support

  1. Works in conjunction with Marketing Traffic Manager on front and back-end production of projects
  2. Ensure team members have the supplies and resources needed to complete projects on time and within budget
  3. Works with production vendors on the upload and auditing of new and revamped material
